I spoke with Randy after an article appeared in the Bradenton Herald announcing a new mail policy at the Manatee County jail, affective June 1st, 2009. According to the report, inmates may now only receive postcards and money orders. Envelopes stuffed with multiple pages will no longer be permitted.
